• Store and retrieve your mega menu configuration settings
• Render mega menus on your storefront via theme app extension

• Session tokens are encrypted in our database
• We use HTTPS for all communications between our servers and Shopify

• Session data: Automatically deleted when you uninstall the app
• Configuration data: Retained until you uninstall the app
• Upon uninstall: Our APP_UNINSTALLED webhook automatically cleans up session data. Configuration metafields on your store are removed.
• Manual deletion: You may request complete deletion of all your data by contacting us at the email below

8. GDPR Compliance

MegaShelf is fully GDPR compliant:

• We respond to Customer Data Requests as required by Shopify
• We respond to Customer Data Erasure requests as required by Shopify
• We respond to Shop Data Erasure requests by deleting all stored data
• Note: MegaShelf does not store any customer personal data, so customer data requests return confirmation that no data is held

You have the right to:

• Know what data we store about your shop
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Uninstall the app, which triggers automatic data cleanup
• Contact us with any privacy concerns
